Seeking an Agile Transformation Coach to support a transformation program, guide leadership, and facilitate organizational change. The role involves coaching teams and stakeholders through change processes and ensuring sustainable implementation of new ways of working.

Responsibilities
- Accompanying an ongoing transformation program in the sustainable implementation and anchoring of changes in the organization
- Support and sparring for program and sub-project managers on organizational and methodological issues
- Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of workshops, meetings, and feedback formats
- Guiding teams and stakeholders through change processes and promoting acceptance and collaboration
- Support in prioritizing and processing open topics, challenges, and obstacles
- Application of suitable change, moderation, and agile methods according to the respective situation and target group
- Moderation of different interests and support in challenging stakeholder situations
- Conducting regular reviews and reflection formats for continuous improvement of collaboration and implementation
- Review and needs-based further development of existing change management approaches
- Neutral sparring partner for internal stakeholders and support in the sustainable anchoring of new ways of working
Requirements

- Experience in guiding change and transformation processes
- Confident handling of different stakeholders and interests
- Experience in advising and coaching managers, project leaders, and teams
- Knowledge of agile working methods and experience with workshops, reviews, and feedback rounds
- Very good communication and moderation skills as well as an empathetic and positive demeanor
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good German skills, English skills are an advantage
- Industry knowledge is not required
