Requirements

• Min. 5 years of experience as an AI/Digital Consultant, ideally with a focus on financial services or insurance
• Proven experience in developing AI strategies and roadmaps
• Experience in moderating ideation and design thinking workshops
• Sound knowledge of current AI/GenAI technologies and their application potentials in the financial industry
• Experience in the conception and implementation of AI pilots/PoCs
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as confident stakeholder management at C-level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, EU AI Act) in the financial and pension sector
• Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, GCP Vertex AI)
• Certifications in AI/Data Strategy or Project Management (e.g., SAFe, PMP)
• Experience in collaborating with interdisciplinary, international teams

• Identification of AI optimization potentials along the entire value chain (sales, underwriting, customer service, back office)
• Conducting ideation workshops with specialist departments and management to develop concrete AI use cases
• Derivation of a company-wide AI roadmap for digital transformation
• Evaluation and prioritization of initiatives based on business impact and implementation effort
• Conception and implementation of initial pilots to validate selected use cases
• Development of a target operating model for the sustainable anchoring of AI competencies in the company
• Development of business cases to support investment decisions
• Close coordination with IT, compliance, and data protection to ensure regulatory requirements
• Presentation of results and roadmap to top management
