• An experienced expert is sought for the analysis, optimization, and automation of container management processes in port and hinterland terminal operations. The goal is to make operational processes more efficient using Agentic AI, to detect delays and failures early, and to automate dunning and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Analysis and optimization of existing container and terminal processes
• Automation of workflows within and outside port facilities
• Development of AI-supported solutions for detecting delays and failures
• Optimization of dunning, notification, and escalation processes
• Conception and implementation of Agentic AI workflows
• Integration of existing logistics and terminal systems
