Responsibilities

• Operation and support of input management systems
• Administration of Captiva Capture and ProSAR/AIDA-based applications
• Support of e-mail response systems
• Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions
• Support in analyzing system problems on customer systems
• Adaptation and further development of existing system modules
• Optimization and automation of operating processes
• Direct technical customer contact within the scope of system operation
