• Technical and operational support for a sub-area of a larger engineering company within the scope of an insolvency and transformation process
• Independent support and administrative supervision of the division during the ongoing restructuring
• Overview of existing building construction and architectural projects as well as coordination of ongoing activities
• Coordination with specialist planners and project participants, especially at the interfaces with building services engineering (TGA)
• Identification of action requirements and coordination of necessary measures to ensure orderly project support

• Completed degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering with a focus on building construction
• Sound knowledge in building construction as well as technical understanding of building services engineering (TGA) and building planning
• Experience in planning, coordination, or management of construction and engineering projects
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the ability to independently manage an area of responsibility
• Experience in dealing with complex project structures and change situations
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality
