Job description
Seeking an Architect or Civil Engineer with a focus on building construction to provide technical and operational support during an insolvency and transformation process for a division of a larger engineering company.
Project overview
Technical and operational support for a division of a larger engineering company within the scope of an insolvency and transformation process.
Independent support and administrative supervision of the division during the ongoing restructuring.
Overview of existing building construction and architectural projects as well as coordination of ongoing activities.
Coordination with specialist planners and project participants, especially at the interfaces with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing).
Identification of action requirements and coordination of necessary measures to ensure orderly project support.
Support in the structured continuation or possible winding-up of existing projects.
Requirements
Completed studies in architecture or civil engineering with a focus on building construction.
Sound knowledge in building construction as well as technical understanding of MEP and building planning.
Experience in planning, coordination, or management of construction and engineering projects.
Enterprising thinking and the ability to independently manage an area of responsibility.
Experience in dealing with complex project structures and change situations.
Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented way of working with a strong hands-on mentality.
