Project:

For our client in the financial industry, we are looking for an experienced Security Architect (m/f/d) to be responsible for security architectures in the Generative AI and Cloud environment and to develop future-proof guardrails, access, and monitoring concepts for complex application landscapes. (Reference number: 925292MC)

Responsibilities

• Conception, design, and further development of security architectures for generative AI platforms (e.g., LLM, RAG, AI Agents) in cloud environments
• Development of guardrails, access & authorization concepts, as well as monitoring and logging approaches for complex, distributed applications
• Evaluation and security assessment of use cases in the Generative AI area regarding risks such as prompt injection, jailbreaking, data leakage, and unauthorized knowledge aggregation
• Consulting project teams, product owners, and management on security issues related to AI, Cloud, and application security
• Definition of security standards, guidelines, and best practices, as well as participation in the creation of architecture and security documentation
• Support with risk analyses, threat modeling, and security reviews of AI and cloud solutions
• Close collaboration with Cloud Engineering, Development, Risk Management, and Compliance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Security Architect in complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrable experience in developing guardrails, access and authorization concepts, as well as monitoring/logging strategies for complex applications
• Very good knowledge of relevant generative AI security concepts, e.g., prompt injection, jailbreaking, data leakage, or unauthorized knowledge aggregation
• At least 2 years of practical experience with AI technologies (e.g., LLM platforms, RAG architectures, AI Agents, Machine Learning Services)
• Sound experience with security in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP: Identity & Access Management, network security, logging/monitoring, compliance)
• Ability to present technical security topics in an audience-appropriate manner and formulate clear, actionable architectural specifications
• Team-oriented, proactive, and structured way of working, as well as high personal responsibility
• English: very good written and spoken (at least level C1, project-relevant)
• German: very good written and spoken (at least level C1, project-relevant)
