Qualifications required for this

• Management and monitoring of a defined construction area on behalf of the client
• Cross-trade coordination of several contractors working in parallel
• Control of deadlines, quality, safety, and execution according to plan
• Review and tracking of construction processes and detailed schedules
• Identification and escalation of risks, deviations, and interface conflicts
• Regular reporting to senior management / Construction Management
• Required Education
• Technical degree or comparable training (Construction, Steel Construction, Mechanical Engineering)
• 10 years of experience on industrial or large construction sites
• Experience in client, EPCM, or senior construction management roles
• Very good knowledge of steel construction (assembly, disassembly, existing interfaces)
• Assertive, confident communicator, experienced on construction sites
