Responsibilities

For our client, we are currently looking for an Azure Cloud Optimization Consultant (m/f/d) who will analyze the existing Azure environment, prioritize already identified optimization measures, and technically implement them together with the internal administrator. The focus will be on optimizing Azure costs and evaluating possible on-premises options.

• Analysis and evaluation of existing recommendations for optimizing the Azure environment
• Prioritization of identified measures, including effort estimation
• Creation and presentation of a structured task list
• Technical implementation of measures together with the internal administrator
• Examination of possible on-premises options based on the existing analysis
• Support in sustainable optimization and reduction of Azure costs

Requirements

Environment:

Microsoft Azure, Cloud Environment, Azure Cost Optimization, FinOps, On-Premise Infrastructure

• Sound practical experience in the Microsoft Azure environment
• Experience in optimizing existing cloud infrastructures
• Knowledge in the area of Azure Cost Optimization / FinOps
• Experience in evaluating, prioritizing, and estimating the effort of technical measures
• Understanding of cloud and on-premises infrastructures
