We are looking for a Backend Developer with C# and ASP.NET experience to develop and implement backend applications, design and implement REST APIs, and work with microservices and event-driven architectures. The role involves working with databases like SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis in an agile environment.

For one of our major clients, we are currently looking for support that meets the following requirements:
Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of backend applications with C# and ASP.NET
- Conception, implementation, and maintenance of REST APIs
- Contribution to microservices, event-driven architectures, and existing monolithic applications
- Implementation of object-oriented programming and clean software designs
- Connection and work with databases such as SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
- Implementation of Object Relational Mapping concepts
- Participation in agile development environments and according to Extreme Programming principles
- Support in the development of performant and scalable enterprise applications
- Collaboration in small to medium-sized development teams
Requirements

- Several years of experience in backend development, ideally 5 to 9 years of professional experience at a senior level
- Very good knowledge of C# and ASP.NET
- Sound experience in web application development
- Very good knowledge in the development and implementation of APIs
- Experience with REST architectures, microservices, event-driven architectures, and monolithic systems
- Good knowledge of SQL Server, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience with object-oriented programming, software design, and Object Relational Mapping
- Experience with agile development methods and Extreme Programming
- Knowledge of Go is an advantage
- Experience with NoSQL databases is an advantage
- Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or comparable messaging and streaming technologies is an advantage
- Experience in building Enterprise Scale Applications is an advantage
- Location: Remote (50%) and Berlin/Grünheide (50%)
