For our client in the banking sector, we are looking for a banking expert (m/f/d) to support a business unit in the area of lending and promotional loans.

We can arrange a client interview for Tuesday, *:30 – 15:00 or 15:00 – 15:30. The interview will take place via Teams and will last approximately 30 minutes.

Participation in the interview requires a prior conversation with me. Afterwards, we will decide together whether participation in the interview is advisable.

• Recording and clarifying business inquiries and problem statements from branches
• Analysis of situations and support in developing suitable solutions
• Handling business inquiries in first-level support
• Creation and maintenance of business concepts and banking specifications
• Description and documentation of banking processes and requirements
• Functional testing of new features and adjustments
• Analysis of error patterns and support in their resolution
• Coordination with savings banks and internal business units
• Support with business-related changes and conversions in the lending and promotional loan environment
• Banking background, e.g., through banking training or professional experience in the banking sector
• Practical experience, for example, in customer advisory, administrative processing, or a banking business unit
• OSPlus knowledge is required
• Good understanding of banking workflows and processes
• Knowledge in the lending business is an advantage
• Ability to analyze, prepare, and document business matters understandably
• Experience with business concepts, specifications, or comparable business documentation is an advantage

The client orders quarterly but is looking for someone for a longer period (12 months ++)

Remote (60%-80%), Münster (approx. 20-40%): Onboarding on-site, preferably with the willingness to be on-site 2 days a week - alternatively, 1-2 days on-site every 2 weeks.

Utilization: Preferably 100% / Part-time (min 50%) possible if performed daily.

We are explicitly looking for someone with a practical banking or savings bank background, who understands banking processes, can communicate confidently with savings banks, and ideally has had previous contact with the lending business. This is not a classic IT specialist role.
