We operate as a general contractor in the construction, renovation, and refurbishment sector and are looking for reliable subcontractors (m/f/d) from various trades for ongoing and upcoming projects in NRW.
Responsibilities
Drywall, painting and plastering, interior plaster / exterior plaster, EIFS / facade work, tile work, flooring, vinyl, laminate and parquet, plumbing, electrical work, demolition and core removal, renovation and refurbishment, assembly work, janitorial services, cleaning, clearing out and transport, as well as other trades related to construction and real estate.
Requirements
Necessary commercial and trade law requirements as well as proper invoicing. Business registration, business liability insurance, and other required proof.
