Project overview
Scope of Services
- Calculation of construction services for complex infrastructure projects in railway construction
- Review and analysis of tender documents, including quantity control
- Definition and documentation of calculation bases, as well as assessment of opportunities and risks
- Development of alternative bids or special proposals according to tender documents
- Coordination with work preparation regarding the use of construction process technology
- Allocation of service provision to in-house or external services
- Compilation of documents for purchasing, including material extracts
- Change order management through target-actual comparisons to support site management
