For our client, we are looking for a Construction Manager for District Heating Pipelines (m/f/d) Project No.: 5265 as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Construction management and coordination of district heating pipeline and civil engineering works
• Management and scheduling of personnel, materials, and equipment
• Creation and processing of change orders as well as construction documentation according to VOB
• Supervision of construction execution and proactive coordination of construction site processes

• Several years of practical experience in district heating pipeline construction
• Sound knowledge in the construction management of pipeline and civil engineering projects
• Experience with VOB, change order management, and construction documentation
• Good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as proficient MS Office skills
• Current project availability (earliest start)
• Maximum workload per week in total
• Hourly rate
• Current profile (ideally in PDF format)
