Project overview

For our client, we are looking for two Construction Managers HVAC (m/f) as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Construction management HVAC in accordance with HOAI, service phase 8
• Independent support and coordination of assigned construction sections
• Management and coordination of subcontractors
• Coordination of interfaces between the involved trades
• Ensuring smooth implementation within the existing project team

• Several years of experience in construction management HVAC / building services engineering
• Experience in larger construction projects and general contractor structures is an advantage
• Confident use of digital construction site tools, ideally Dalux or comparable
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills and willingness to integrate into a larger project team
• Very good German language skills
• current project availability (earliest start)
