Project overview

Lead and supervise the construction services of the subcontractors for the trades of piping construction, ventilation construction, chamber construction, electrical installation, and commissioning with regard to customer-specific requirements such as quality, costs, deadlines, work safety, environmental protection) and coordinate the deployment of the various subcontractors on the VW construction site in Wolfsburg, with the aim of coordinating and tracking construction activities until the completion of the intended construction services in the mentioned trades.

• Creation and monitoring of compliance with the schedules for the construction activities of the subcontractors in the areas of piping construction, ventilation construction, chamber construction, electrical installation, special construction groups, insulation.
• Coordination of external trades and external companies on the construction site in Wolfsburg
• Monitoring compliance with valid regulations from customer specifications, construction plans, DIN / ISO standards, DVGW worksheets etc.)
• Creation of a construction diary
• Coordination of deliveries and services from suppliers and subcontractors within the scope of responsibility (o.g. trades) based on the previously created overall implementation plan
• Schedule tracking, control and documentation of ordered services and deliveries based on the previously created process and implementation plan
• Tracking of external services and creation of a corresponding report on them
• Safety inspections of the construction site and coordination of the involved trades, taking into account the applicable safety regulations
