Job description
Seeking an experienced Construction Manager for residential building projects, focusing on coordinating and overseeing all construction processes, subcontractors, and documentation.
Project overview
Construction management of structural works according to KG 300 and 400
Coordination and control of all construction processes on the construction site
Monitoring and implementation of the construction schedule
Checking and evaluating site conditions (e.g., logistics, access roads, site setup)
Ongoing documentation of construction progress
Maintaining and updating construction logs
Recording, documenting, and tracking irregularities and defects
Coordination and control of all subcontractors and trades
Coordination of finishing and MEP trades
Carrying out acceptance inspections and accompanying until handover
Requirements
At least 6 years of experience in construction management of residential construction projects or apartment buildings
Experience with building classes 3 and 4
Completed degree in civil engineering or training as a construction technician
Sound knowledge of VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and its practical application
Proficient use of digital site documentation and construction software (Baumaster)
Fluent German language skills
Driver's license class B
Experience on the general contractor side
Experience with complex residential construction projects in turnkey structural engineering
