Construction Manager (m/f/d) – Onshore Wind Projects | Civil / BoP

Project overview

For two onshore wind projects in Rhineland-Palatinate, we are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on Civil / Balance of Plant (BoP) to manage and monitor the construction implementation on-site.

Responsibilities

Construction management and supervision of the construction implementation of both wind projects

Coordination and management of the involved construction companies and subcontractors in the Civil and BoP area

Supervision of the construction of access roads, crane hardstands, foundation areas, and other paved surfaces

Control of earthworks, civil engineering, and concrete works regarding quality, deadlines, and execution

Coordination of construction processes between the involved trades and project managers

Monitoring of construction progress and ensuring compliance with deadline and quality specifications

Documentation of construction progress and regular coordination with project management

Candidate Profile

Sound experience in the construction management of onshore wind projects, ideally in the Civil / BoP area

Knowledge of earthworks and civil engineering as well as the construction of access roads, crane hardstands, and concrete surfaces

Experience in coordinating construction companies and various trades

Knowledge in monitoring construction quality, deadlines, and construction progress

Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working

Good German language skills for on-site communication

Willingness for regular presence on the construction sites in Rhineland-Palatinate
