For a leading construction company, we are looking for an experienced freelance Construction Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on geotechnical engineering, foundations, and turnkey excavations, starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Independent coordination and management of skilled workers and subcontractors
- Planning and allocation of personnel, equipment, and machinery
- Participation in site meetings and coordination with all project stakeholders
- Monitoring construction execution regarding quality, costs, and deadlines
