Job description
Oversee and coordinate all on-site assembly and installation work for high-voltage substations, including managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Coordination and monitoring of all on-site assembly and installation work
- Management and coordination of subcontractors and trades on site
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and occupational safety requirements
- Monitoring the installation of medium and high-voltage systems
- Monitoring of GIS switchgear, transformers, and protection and control systems
- Documentation of construction progress and creation of regular reports
- Review of safety circuit diagrams and high-voltage switching documents
- Sound experience as a construction manager, construction foreman, or construction supervisor in the energy/transmission and distribution sector
- Demonstrable experience with medium and high-voltage systems
- Experience in managing high-voltage electrical limits, including initial commissioning, partial commissioning, and handover of a ready-for-operation system
- German and English at a professional level (ideally C1 or higher)
