Oversee the construction of a wind farm near Berlin, coordinating all involved trades and stakeholders from preparation through commissioning.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Take over the construction management for the Börnicke wind farm (near Berlin) with 7 wind turbines in accordance with the Brandenburg State Building Code
- Control and coordination of all involved trades and project participants (civil engineering, assembly, crane, grid connection, surveyors, authorities) from preparation, construction, and commissioning
- Regular on-site construction management possible, including deadline, quality, and safety control, as well as project documentation
- Recognized construction manager approval according to the Brandenburg Building Code (LBO Brandenburg) and relevant experience in the construction management of wind farms
- Practical knowledge of the typical construction processes of wind energy projects
- Independent, structured way of working, high communication and assertiveness skills in dealing with clients and subcontractors
