- Planning and replanning of construction projects using Revit
- Tendering, awarding, and controlling construction services
- Construction management and coordination of trades on site
- Control of projects: Renovation of the operational fire department area and new construction of a hazardous materials hall
- Coordination with relevant stakeholders during all project phases
- Confident use of Revit for planning activities
- Knowledge of tendering and awarding processes as well as control of construction services
- Experience in construction site safety according to current guidelines
- Knowledge of AWSV (Ordinance on Installations under the Water Resources Act) as well as WHG (Water Resources Act)
