Take over construction management for the expansion of the Dresden-Kaditz wastewater treatment plant
Coordination and technical management of the construction supervisors deployed
Superordinate monitoring of concrete, reinforced concrete, and special foundation engineering work
Coordination of the construction of new aeration and secondary settling tanks
Monitoring of construction execution in terms of schedule, cost, and quality
Coordination of the acceptance and handover of completed construction services
Requirements
Several years of experience in construction management of complex civil engineering projects
Sound knowledge in structural engineering, especially concrete and reinforced concrete construction
Confident handling of construction process planning, schedule, cost, and quality control
Experience in coordinating various construction trades and project participants
