Job description
We are looking for two Site Coordinators to manage construction, assembly, and commissioning activities in East Frisia and Wesermarsch, respectively. The role involves interface management, resource planning, HSE, quality, and schedule assurance, as well as progress monitoring and risk escalation.
Project overview
We are currently looking for 2 site coordinators, each for deployment in East Frisia and for Wesermarsch.
Coordination of construction site, assembly, and commissioning activities
Interface with construction management, client, and subcontractors
Ensuring efficient resource planning for the construction site (personnel, tools, materials)
Ensuring HSE, quality, and deadlines
Monitoring performance progress as well as early escalation of risks and deviations
Support of claims and change management based on contractual requirements
Reporting to project management (expediting at regularly agreed intervals)
Carrying out longer assignments on remote construction sites
Requirements
Technical university degree or master craftsman/technician with experience (EQF level 6)
Several years of international service experience
Experience in large projects with coordination of external trades
Strong project management competence
Experience in managing complex construction sites and large projects
Good knowledge of contract and additional claim management
Basic technical understanding in plant and mechanical engineering
Ability to assess technical contexts and interfaces between different trades (mechanics, E-MSR, pipeline construction)
Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
Training in occupational safety (e.g., SCC, NEBOSH)
Resilient and capable of long stays of up to 3 months on remote construction sites
