100% Remote

Area of Responsibility:

Creation of draft, approval, and execution plans in building construction

Preparation and processing of building permit documents in accordance with applicable building law

Creation of site plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings

Support in the technical project planning of operational buildings, substations, network sites, and infrastructure facilities

Coordination with internal specialist departments, project managers, authorities, and external engineering firms

Checking and maintaining drawing statuses and documentation

Coordination and follow-up of approval-relevant requirements

Support in the creation of technical reports and project documents

Participation in compliance with quality, schedule, and approval specifications

Professional Qualification:

Completed training as a construction draughtsman, technical draughtsman, construction technician, or comparable qualification

Several years of experience in planning building construction projects

Sound knowledge of building regulations and approval law

Practical experience in the creation of building permit documents

Proficient in CAD systems (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan or comparable)

Experience with plan management and documentation systems

Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working

Strong communication and coordination skills

Experience in projects in the energy supply, critical infrastructure, or industrial sectors is an advantage
