• Responsibility for IT processes in the procurement process from sales forecast to goods procurement
• Advising business departments and IT product teams on procurement processes and process optimization
• Implementation of adjustments using customizing or in cooperation with developers, e.g. via SAP GUI or Eclipse

• Analysis and optimization of forecast quality using relevant KPIs in the context of replenishment

• Participation in test documentation and structured execution of tests for quality assurance, e.g. with HP ALM or Jira

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of replenishment and procurement processes, ideally from the retail sector
• Experience in SAP standard processes and customizing in the SAP MM module, especially order/replenishment process
• Know-how in customizing and analysis of the UDF module within SAP CAR
• Routine handling of replenishment systems such as SAP F&R or similar planning tools
• Initial practical knowledge in SAP S/4HANA as well as in handling Fiori apps and cloud applications
• Ability for structured test documentation and execution using appropriate tools such as Jira or HP ALM
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing
