- Experience in the documentation, modeling, analysis, and optimization of processes
- Experience in the documentation and refinement of requirements in agile development teams (creation and coordination of user stories within the scope of functional conception)
- Experience in conducting requirements workshops with project stakeholders
- Experience in agile projects according to various methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in communication regarding coordination with interface partners
- Experience in project and task tracking, e.g., Jira Software or Confluence
- Experience in leading consulting or conception projects (>10 employees) with complex architecture
- Industry/Integration knowledge, experience with the development, integration, or operation of passenger information systems in the public transport environment
