Job description
We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in backoffice systems and customer journeys to work with two agile squads. The role involves defining and documenting technical and functional requirements, stakeholder communication, and occasionally API definitions.

- Participation in the agile processes of 2 squads
- Definition / documentation of technical and functional requirements for backoffice systems
- Exceptionally
- API definitions for backoffice REST APIs
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Customer Journey Expert for backoffice systems
- Experience with backoffice systems, stakeholder management, working in agile teams
- Experience in the banking environment
- Technical understanding of Java-based backoffice systems is an advantage
- Technologies: Java, REST, Spring, Javascript (no coding skills necessary)
