Responsibilities

• Analysis, collection, and documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
• Conducting workshops and coordination meetings with business and technical stakeholders
• Analysis of existing front-end and back-end systems and evaluation of planned changes
• Creation and quality assurance of epics, features, user stories, and business concepts
• Independent management of business requirements as Epic Owner / Capability Owner until implementation
• Coordination and alignment between business departments, product management, architecture, and development
• Use of modern AI tools to support analysis and documentation

• Completed degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in IT projects, including at least 3 years in Business Analysis or Requirements Management
• Sound knowledge of Requirements Engineering and specification of business requirements
• Experience in the analysis and further development of complex software and platform solutions
• Confident use of Jira and Confluence, as well as understanding of technical documentation
• Knowledge of e-commerce, digital sales systems, or booking platforms is an advantage
• Certifications such as IREB CPRE, PSPO, or CSPO, as well as experience with AI tools, are desirable
• Analytical, independent, and communicative working style, as well as very good German language skills
