Business Analyst

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst for an exciting project in the insurance sector. The position is fixed for 36 months and offers flexible working conditions with 95% remote share.

Responsibilities

You will analyze business requirements and translate them into concrete business rules, use cases, and tickets. You will contribute to the further development of IT solutions for quotation and application processes and systematically evaluate change requests. The creation and maintenance of requirements, user stories, and backlogs are among your core tasks. You will coordinate business requirements between stakeholders and development teams and develop viable solution concepts in an agile environment.

Requirements

You have sound experience as a Business Analyst in agile teams. Knowledge of requirements analysis, specification, and backlog management is essential. You have practical experience with user stories, use cases, and ticket creation. Knowledge of application and contract processes in private health insurance, as well as an understanding of sales processes, are advantageous. You communicate clearly and appropriately to the target audience with various stakeholders and work confidently with agile methods. Ideally, you have already supported and further developed IT applications.
