Business Analyst with Public Sector Experience

Project overview

For our client in the public sector, we are currently looking for a Business Analyst with experience in the public sector.

Responsibilities

Knowledge:

• Structuring of workstreams, requirements, and work packages
• Analysis and refinement of business and technical requirements
• Conducting stakeholder interviews and workshops
• Collection and documentation of current states, target states, and solution options
• Creation of decision proposals, deliverables, and acceptance criteria
• Coordination of dependencies and interfaces between workstreams
• Preparation and handover of work results, knowledge, and responsibility to internal roles
• Ensuring comprehensible and structured documentation
• Experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering
• Good knowledge of process analysis and conception
• Experience in workshop moderation and stakeholder management
• Ability for structured documentation and decision preparation
• Experience with agile and classic methodologies
• Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and BPMN
• Experience with SAFe / Scrum
• Good understanding of IT architecture and software development processes
• Experience in software development or platform projects
• Knowledge in the public sector is an advantage
• Experience in product or solution management is desirable
