Business Analyst with Java Development Experience – Requirements Engineering/IREB/Java/Requirements Analysis/5+ Years Experience

For a client project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (925332JP) with IREB certification and a solid background in Java software development. In this role, you will analyze and structure business requirements and support their translation into implementable IT solutions. Experience in the police environment and with Swiss authorities is an advantage.

Responsibilities

– Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and technical requirements

– Coordinate requirements with business departments, stakeholders, and development teams

– Create and maintain requirement specifications as a basis for software development

– Evaluate technical feasibility, incorporating your experience as a Java Software Engineer

– Ensure traceability and quality of requirements, and manage requirement changes

Requirements

– IREB certification mandatory

– Minimum of five years of overall experience as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer

– Minimum of two assignments as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer within the last five years

– Previous experience as a Java Software Engineer with at least three years of professional experience

– Professional experience in the police environment or with Swiss authorities is an advantage

Languages:

– German native/business fluent

– Good language skills (B2) in French are mandatory
