For our client, we are looking for an experienced personality to strengthen the existing team for a versatile mixed role of business analysis, solution design, and project management.
We are looking for a person who can confidently navigate different project phases – from research and analysis, through the development of solution approaches, to the coordination and management of projects.
Responsibilities
-Conducting research and preparing relevant information
-Analysis of business requirements and business processes
-Development and further development of solution approaches (Solution Design)
-Translation of business requirements into structured and implementable concepts
-Support and management of projects
-Coordination and alignment with relevant stakeholders
-Creation of concepts, decision-making bases, and documentation
Requirements
-Experience in business analysis and/or project management
-Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
-Experience in solution design or the development of solution approaches
-Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
-Good communication and coordination skills
-Technical understanding and interest in IT topics
-Programming skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
We are looking for a versatile all-rounder who can combine business, technical, and organizational topics and quickly familiarizes themselves with new topics.
