Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer – Online Portals & Portal Integration

Project overview

For a project, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer (m/f/d) to take on the analysis, conception, and further development of requirements for complex online products. The focus is on optimizing requirement processes, technical architecture, and the integration of various online portals.

Responsibilities

Requirements Analysis & Quality Management

Analysis of business processes and their implementation in online products

Quality assurance and further development of requirements analysis regarding processes, methods, and tools

Optimization of interfaces between functional conception, software testing, and design

Functional and technical evaluation of requirements and planning of corresponding implementation tasks

Consideration of accessibility in requirements analysis and implementation of corresponding user stories

Architecture & Portal Integration

Co-design of the functional software architecture and further development of existing online products

Conception and further development of the functional macro-architecture for the integration of various online portals

Definition and further development of architectural guidelines and portal structures

Coordination of the portal architecture with various stakeholders, considering information architecture and portal strategy

Testing & Support

Planning, creation, and execution of functional acceptance tests in collaboration with software testers

3rd-level support for existing online applications

Analysis of technical and functional errors and development of suitable solution proposals

Requirements / Skills

Sound experience in requirements analysis and requirements engineering

Experience in the analysis and optimization of business processes

Knowledge in the conception and further development of complex online products and portal architectures

Experience with PDP (Product Development Process)

Knowledge in quality management of requirements and in collaboration with development and testing teams

Understanding of information architecture, portal integration, and accessibility

Experience in functional test planning and execution of acceptance tests
