Responsibilities
- Analysis of existing business and customer processes
- Recording, analysis, and specification of business requirements
- End-to-end conception of solutions in Life Factory
- Mapping of customer processes in Life Factory
- Customizing of the system
- Maintenance and management of DEF data
- Coordination between business departments and implementation partners
Requirements
- Sound knowledge of msg Life Factory
- Experience in the life insurance environment
- Sound knowledge of iSuite
- Experience as a Business Analyst in insurance projects
- Sound knowledge in the integration and implementation of Life Factory
