- At least 3-5 years of practical experience as a Pega Business Architect
- Very good knowledge of the Pega KYC module
- Experience with functional design, requirements analysis, and Pega Case Management
- Sound experience in agile methodologies
- Knowledge in KYC, onboarding, compliance, or regulatory processes
- Pega certification desirable, preferably Certified Pega Business Architect (CPBA)
- Strong communication and mediation skills
- Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
- Experience in moderating workshops
- Independent, meticulous, and reliable way of working
- Good German language skills, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Recording and structuring functional requirements in the KYC context
- Evaluating the reusability of existing functions of the Pega KYC module
- Performing gap analyses and deriving needs for configuration, extension, or new development
- Ensuring the principle of "Reuse before Build"
- Translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional concepts
- Moderating workshops and coordination meetings between business departments, architecture, and development
- Supporting functional tests, acceptances, and documenting the results
