• Subject-specific participation in the implementation of the global master data strategy for the customer business object in coordination with the Head of GMDM
• Participation in the design of standards in customer master data management
• Design of processes and governance models according to business and GMDM requirements
• Analysis of master data quality and identification of optimization potential
• Execution of quality checks and follow-up of quality improvements
• Quality management including KPI comparison and creation of business cases
• Design and further development of data models and tools
• Analysis, testing, implementation, and monitoring of data model and tool changes
• Execution of mass data uploads and support with data migrations
• Initiation and control of data cleansing measures
• Planning and execution of user training
• Consulting and support for business users
• Participation in projects as well as leadership of smaller projects
• Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in the relevant field, ideally in international corporate structures
• Sound knowledge in Master Data Management (MDM)
• Experience in project, change, and process management
• Very good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
• Experience in data quality management and governance
• Knowledge in data modeling and in handling data management tools
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
