Responsibilities

Profile

• Responsibility for Business Process Management in the respective specialist area within the EBP program for the implementation of S/4HANA projects
• Communication with internal and external key stakeholders for the development and implementation of business processes
• Recording, evaluation, and processing of specialist requirements from the respective business contacts
• Consulting on business processes and development of solution proposals
• Responsibility for the evaluation, decision-making, and timely implementation of specialist requirements in coordination with the specialist departments and the project manager
• Leading workshops during the Business Foundations phase to present existing template solutions to the respective markets
• Identification of potential gaps and their concretization for implementation or derivation and control of corresponding change requests
• Collaboration with technical teams on solution design, development, and implementation of new functionalities
• Creation of test scripts, execution of internal BPM tests, and support of end-users in the final integration tests
• Creation of training materials and execution of key user training / support for migration activities and coordination with specialist departments for functional validation
• Preparation and execution of the cutover strategy and support during the hypercare phaseResponsible
• Experience in the areas of AP, AR, GL, Taxes, and Reporting
• Knowledge in Fixed Assets, Inventory Valuation, and COPA
• Experience with SD-FICO and MM-FICO integration
• Business-fluent English skills
