C#/.NET Developer Data Migration Tool

Project overview

Dear Sir or Madam,

For an exciting project, we are looking for an experienced C#/.NET developer for a data migration tool.

• Start: 26.10.2026
• Duration: 30.06.2027 + option for extension
• Location: remote 47 PT / FFM 6 PT
• Workload: 2-3 days per week
• Project language: German

Responsibilities

• Analysis of current systems, applications, and architectures, and technical assessment of their suitability with regard to defined target architecture specifications
• Design of user-centric web applications based on cloud technologies
• Design of functional interfaces between applications and processes
• Development of user-centric web applications based on cloud technologies
• Transfer of design concepts into development for the implementation of prototypes, and consultation on technical aspects of implementation
• Creation of database structures and setup of interfaces between databases and systems as a basis for documentation and decision-making
• Testing and debugging of software applications to ensure they meet specified quality standards
• Creation of technical documentation for the development process
• Creation and handover of an operations and development manual

• Experience in C# and .NET development (3 project references)
• More than 3 years of experience in the design and implementation of REST interfaces
• Up to 3 years of experience with .NET Aspire for developing distributed applications
• Up to 3 years of experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core) for data access, data modeling, and migrations
• Up to 3 years of experience with ASP.NET Core for developing backend services and APIs
• Up to 3 years of experience with OpenAPI/Swagger for API documentation and interface integration
• Up to 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, CI/CD)
