- Development and evaluation of suitable procurement and awarding models (e.g., framework agreements, EPC/Turn-Key, project, and hybrid models)
- Development of smart lotting approaches as well as bundling and regionalization strategies
- Further development of the supplier strategy including segmentation, consolidation, and supplier development
- Development of concepts for long-term capacity assurance and optimization of value creation depth
- Conducting market, benchmark, and best practice analyses as well as deriving concrete recommendations for action
- Creation of strategic scenarios, roadmaps, KPI concepts, and decision proposals
- Sparring with category managers on a strategic level
- Several years of experience in the development and transformation of procurement and category strategies in complex organizations
- Proven experience in the energy, grid, or infrastructure sector, ideally in large-volume expansion programs
- Expertise in EPC/Turn-Key models, smart lotting, multi-lot strategies, framework agreements, and hybrid approaches
- Experience in supplier segmentation, capacity assurance, supplier development, and resilient partner networks
- Analysis and transfer of best practices as well as development of target images, roadmaps, business cases, and KPI systems
- Experience in strategy consulting or as a Senior Industry Expert with high consulting competence at management level.
