• Central point of contact for tenants and on-site tenant support
• Recording, coordinating, and forwarding inquiries and issues to the client
• Planning, organizing, and executing events as well as seasonal marketing measures
• Responsibility for budget planning, cost control, and accounting
• Steering, coordinating, and quality monitoring of approximately 20 external service providers
• Conducting defect management and ensuring agreed-upon service quality
• Creating and preparing reports on rental income, costs, and tenant revenue development
• Close collaboration with the marketing association, regional management, and other relevant stakeholders
• Identifying optimization potential and actively supporting process improvements
• Operational and practical implementation of all tasks arising in center or property management
