Certified Pega System Architect Workflow Digitization

Project overview

Dear Sir or Madam,

We are looking for a Certified Pega System Architect for Workflow Digitization.

Responsibilities

The services aim to capture, document, and implement/digitize workflows.

In addition to consulting services, implementation and support services are to be provided.

The digitized processes must be put into productive use on the platform layer provided.

The services will be carried out by the contractor (framework agreement partner) in accordance with the standards specified by the flow.works Pega team (Pega knowledge base of the flow.works Pega team).

Scope:

• (Initial) consulting on workflow management and workflow digitization for flow.works with customers
• Analysis of AS-IS processes and design of TO-BE processes
• Requirements gathering and process consulting
• Requirements and process documentation
• Process digitization on the LowCode SaaS platform Pega, including UX design
• Interface implementation to partner systems and services
• Technical support during testing and rollout of implemented workflows
• Productive deployment of implemented workflows and technical support during operational management (change management, user management...)
• Maintenance and further development of the DB-specific platform (DB layer)

• More than 5 years of practical consulting know-how in the area of workflow digitization
• More than 5 years of experience in workflow implementation with Pega
• More than 5 years of consulting experience in the conception and implementation of case management, workflow, and automation solutions based on the Pega Platform
• More than 3 years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• More than 3 years of experience in organizing and conducting requirements workshops
