Job description
The role involves supporting the change process for project processes within the Marmind project management tool, analyzing and optimizing existing processes, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement new, standardized processes.
Responsibilities
Profile
- Support of the change process around project processes in the project management tool Marmind
- Recording, analysis, and mapping of existing project processes together with employees from Marketing
- Development and optimization of new, uniform project processes for mapping in Marmind
- Conducting workshops and coordination meetings with the various marketing departments to transfer requirements and working methods into the new processes
- Close collaboration with Product Owner and technical contacts for the transfer and automation of the defined processes in Marmind
- Sound experience in Change Management with a strong focus on Process Management and Process Optimization
- Sound experience in the conception, structuring, and introduction of project processes
- Ideally, practical experience with Marmind, alternatively very good knowledge of comparable project management or marketing management tools
- Experience in moderating process workshops and dealing with different stakeholders and specialist departments
- Strong ability to record existing working methods and, together with employees, transfer them into clear, tool-supported project processes
