For our client, we are looking for a Cloud Architect with a focus on Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Responsibilities

Knowledge

• Conception, design, and further development of modern cloud architectures based on Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Development of scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions
• Analysis of existing IT and cloud landscapes as well as identification of optimization and modernization potentials
• Creation and further development of cloud architectures considering technical, organizational, and security-related requirements
• Planning and implementation of cloud migrations and transformation projects
• Configuration and administration of cloud infrastructures in Azure and AWS
• Definition and implementation of best practices for Cloud Security, Governance, Compliance, and Identity & Access Management
• Support in selecting suitable cloud services and technologies
• Creation of technical concepts, architecture documentation, and decision proposals
• Collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and other project participants
• Consulting on architectural decisions as well as evaluation of new cloud technologies and services
• Ensuring a sustainable, standardized, and future-proof cloud architecture
• English at least B2 level
• EU citizenship
• EU Secret Clearance already available or generally attainable
• At least 6 years of professional experience in the cloud environment, especially in the areas of design, configuration, and administration
• At least 2 years of practical experience with AWS
• At least 2 years of practical experience with Microsoft Azure
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional
• Very good knowledge of modern cloud architectures and services
• Good knowledge in the areas of Cloud Security, Governance, and Identity & Access Management
• Good communication and analytical skills
