- Civil engineering degree or comparable qualification
- Practical construction site experience in civil engineering, earthworks, drainage, or infrastructure projects
- Ability to read plans and technical documents
- Knowledge of civil engineering and construction pit safety
- Good coordination, communication, and organizational skills
- German and English at a professional level mandatory
