Responsibilities
- Independent operational processing of IT and software purchasing
- Recording, analysis, and coordination of procurement needs with specialist departments
- Research and selection of suitable suppliers and IT service providers
- Obtaining, checking, and comparing offers
- Conducting price, condition, and contract negotiations
- Creation, checking, and processing of orders
- Support and coordination of existing supplier relationships
- Coordination with internal specialist departments, IT managers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring of delivery dates, order processes, and contractual agreements
- Identification of cost savings and optimization potential in purchasing
- Maintenance and documentation of purchasing-relevant data and documents
- Support in optimizing and standardizing procurement processes
Requirements

- Several years of experience in IT and software purchasing
- Sound knowledge of operational purchasing and procurement processes
- Experience in supplier evaluation as well as in offer and price comparison
- Negotiation skills for prices, conditions, and contract terms
- Knowledge in the purchasing of software, IT products, and IT services
- Confident use of purchasing and procurement systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Procurement advantageous
- Knowledge of CGM MUSE advantageous
- Industry knowledge in healthcare desirable
- Strong independence and hands-on mentality
- Structured, solution-oriented, and economical way of working
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Organizational skills and a high degree of responsibility
