Service Description

• Order clarification and detailed analysis of complex functional requirements
• Creation of functional specifications and high-level specifications for SAP GTS projects
• Consulting on configuration options, expansion stages, and their impact on business processes
• Evaluation of solution proposals and advice on SAP innovations to avoid customer-specific developments
• Planning and coordination of workshops, as well as test management and test data generation from feeder modules such as MM, SD, FI/CO, PP
• Quality control of implementations and functional leadership of internal development teams

• Several years of experience in SAP GTS projects with experience in sub-project management
• Sound know-how in the GTS modules Customs, Export Control, Preference Management, and Intrastat
• Routine approach to integrating ERP feeder systems and middleware
• Confident handling of process analyses, feasibility studies, and customizing in the SAP environment
• Practical knowledge in ITIL/ITSM regarding Incident, Problem, Change Management, as well as MS Office and Visio
• Fluent German and very good English skills, both written and spoken
