Project overview
We are looking for an experienced IT professional to support a comprehensive CRM migration project. In this role, you will examine the data situation in our existing CRM system, perform a detailed data reconciliation, and procure all relevant information for transfer to our new system. You will then carry out the migration of the data into the new CRM system, ensuring that all information is transferred correctly and completely.
Your tasks include the systematic review of data stocks, the identification of inconsistencies, and the preparation of data for system integration. You will work with great care and responsibility, as handling customer data places the highest demands on data protection and accuracy.
For this position, you bring at least 2nd-level support knowledge and have practical experience in data migration projects. You are familiar with IT systems, databases, and the technical challenges of transferring large amounts of data. Responsible handling of sensitive customer data is a matter of course for you.
The project is designed for a duration of at least three months and offers the opportunity to participate in a strategically important transformation project. You will work in a structured environment with clear goals and contribute significantly to the successful transition to modern systems.
