With this request, we are looking for a Cutover Consultant S/4 Hana, preferably with experience from the energy industry.

For a client of our partner from the energy sector, we are currently looking for an experienced Cutover Consultant to support them in an ongoing SAP transformation.

The client has recently completed the transformation to SAP S/4HANA. The focus is now on the structured planning, coordination, and execution of the upcoming cutover activities, as well as the stabilization and optimization of the corresponding processes.

Responsibilities

Planning, steering, and coordination of all cutover activities in the SAP/S/4HANA environment

Creation and maintenance of detailed cutover plans, runbooks, and checklists

Coordination of involved business departments, IT teams, and external service providers

Alignment of dependencies, milestones, and critical activities

Preparation and support of cutover rehearsals / dress rehearsals

Steering of activities during go-live and hypercare phases

Identification and assessment of risks, as well as definition of suitable measures and fallback scenarios

Tracking and reporting of cutover status to project and stakeholder groups

Support in the further development and optimization of existing cutover processes

Requirements

Several years of experience in Cutover Management / Cutover Consulting

Sound project experience in the SAP S/4HANA transformation environment

Experience with complex SAP migrations or go-live scenarios

Proficient in handling cutover plans, runbooks, rehearsals, and hypercare

Experience in coordinating various IT and business departments

Strong understanding of technical and business dependencies within complex transformation projects

Structured and independent way of working, as well as very good communication skills

Experience in the energy industry or with energy providers is a great advantage

Very good German language skills

Project language: German and English

Utilization: full-time desired, but at least 3 days per week

Fee: 100 - max. 110.00 € per hour for remote
