Cutover Consultant SAP S/4HANA

Project overview

For an ongoing SAP transformation project, we are looking for an experienced Cutover Consultant to support in a remote format. The focus is on the structured planning, coordination, and execution of cutover activities as well as the stabilization and optimization of the corresponding processes in the SAP S/4HANA environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning, control, and coordination of all cutover activities
• Creation and maintenance of cutover plans, runbooks, and checklists
• Coordination of involved business departments, IT teams, and external service providers
• Coordination of dependencies, milestones, and critical activities
• Preparation and support of cutover rehearsals and dress rehearsals
• Control during go-live and hypercare phases
• Identification and assessment of risks as well as definition of measures and fallback scenarios
• Tracking and reporting of cutover status
• Support in the further development of existing cutover processes

Requirements

Framework:

• Several years of experience in cutover management and SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Sound project experience with complex SAP migrations and go-live scenarios
• Confident handling of cutover plans, runbooks, and hypercare processes
• Experience in coordinating various IT and business departments
• Strong understanding of technical and business dependencies
• Structured, independent way of working and very good communication skills
• Experience in the energy industry is an advantage
• Very good German skills, English required
• Utilization: Full-time or at least 3 days per week
• Duration: 6 months with option for extension
• Start: As soon as possible
• Location: Remote
